A team you can meet before the inspection
Rojek Home Services is a four-person Chicagoland home-inspection company built around a simple idea: clients should know who is looking at the home, what questions they brought, and how to make sense of what is found. Mark Rojek founded the company, and Justin Posner, Hubert Dziekan and Pace Morrison are part of the team clients encounter today. Together, they bring different professional backgrounds and one shared commitment to straightforward communication.
That matters when a home purchase, a listing or a maintenance concern comes with a lot of moving pieces. Rather than treating an inspection as a rushed checklist, our team creates room for a real conversation about the property in front of you. We serve homeowners, buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland; visit our service areas to see the communities we cover.

Mark Rojek: founder, owner and inspector
Mark founded Rojek Home Services with an emphasis on honest reporting and useful context. He spent 18 years in construction before entering home inspection, with experience that ranged from hands-on job-site work to project leadership. That background helps him explain visible conditions in practical terms: what is a routine maintenance item, what deserves closer attention, and what question is worth taking to a qualified specialist.
Mark also serves as a firefighter and paramedic. The connection to inspection is not a theme or a sales line; it is a service-minded habit of observing carefully, staying calm and communicating clearly when details matter. Clients are encouraged to follow along when appropriate, ask questions as they arise and return to the conversation after reading the report.
Mark is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). Those credentials belong to Mark alone. They do not describe every member of the Rojek team. Learn more about the company’s approach and history on our About page.

Justin Posner: detail with a conversation
Justin is a home inspector with more than six years of experience and more than 1,000 completed inspections. His attention to detail is important, but he does not treat the written report as the end of the work. Justin listens for the concerns a client already has about a home and works to answer their questions before he leaves the property.
Outside of inspections, Justin serves as a firefighter. He also follows Chicago sports closely. Around a property, his focus is less about adding drama to a finding and more about helping clients understand what they are seeing, what context they need and where a next question may lead.

Hubert Dziekan: Home Inspector
Hubert is a home inspector who brings patience and a careful eye to each visit. He is dedicated to giving buyers and sellers a clear, honest picture of the property, then walking them through the findings in language they can use. His family life matters to him—he is married and a father of two—and that same consideration shows up in the time he makes for client questions.

Pace Morrison: Home Inspector
Pace is a Home Inspector with Rojek Home Services and a retired law-enforcement officer. His background reflects dedication, service and a hands-on outlook. He is also a classic-car hobbyist who enjoys working on his own cars and taking them to the quarter-mile track. Pace is the kind of family member people turn to for practical help and perspective, qualities that fit naturally within a team focused on helping clients think through a home with care.

Four people, one clear process
A team should not make an inspection feel impersonal. It should give clients a company that can coordinate around the home, the timing and the questions that matter to them. When you contact Rojek, tell us whether you are buying, selling or already living in the home; share the address, your timing and any concern you want to understand. That gives the team a better starting point for the conversation.
The inspection itself is still about the particular property, not a canned verdict. Our home-inspection services focus on visible, readily accessible conditions and the systems that can be evaluated at the visit. A targeted service may be worth discussing when the question goes beyond that visual scope, such as radon testing or a sewer scope inspection. We will help keep the request clear without pretending that one visit can answer every question a home may hold.
Across the team, the goal is consistent: explain observations plainly, make space for questions and help you decide what to ask next. Meet the people behind Rojek, then bring us the home you want to understand.
Ready to start the conversation? Schedule an inspection and tell the Rojek team about the property, your timeline and the questions you want answered.
